2. Products, Craft & Pricing

Zeveras specializes in high-grade imitation, fashion, and heritage brass/copper jewellery crafted with premium plating, semi-precious stones, Kundan, and Polki styling.

• Color & Imagery: We make every effort to display the colors, stones, and textures of our ornaments as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen display calibration.
• Pricing & Currency: All prices displayed on the website are listed in the applicable local currency (INR, AUD, USD, etc.) as determined by your location settings.
• Inventory Availability: Due to the handcrafted nature of select bridal and luxury sets, item availability is subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Inquiries

When submitting an order or bridal inquiry through the Site or via our direct WhatsApp Concierge, you agree to provide authentic, current, and complete contact and delivery details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory unavailability, inaccuracies in product specifications, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are dispatched through trusted logistics partners with protective, tamper-proof packaging. Dispatch timelines vary based on whether an item is ready-to-ship (typically 2-4 business days) or made-to-order bespoke bridal sets (7-14 business days).

Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidelines. Zeveras is not liable for carrier transit delays beyond our reasonable control (e.g. adverse weather, customs clearance, or regional restrictions).

5. Returns & Exchange Policy

Due to the intimate and hygiene-sensitive nature of jewellery, returns and exchanges are subject to specific conditions:

• Transit Damage: In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must report it to support@zeveras.com or on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video.
• Custom & Bridal Pieces: Bespoke, custom-sized, or personalized jewellery sets are non-refundable once production has commenced.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, photography, graphics, logos, brand names, product designs, and source code displayed on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Zeveras. No material may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or modified without prior written authorization.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we maintain rigorous quality standards, Zeveras disclaims any implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose or allergic sensitivities to metallic alloys. Please review care instructions and avoid exposing imitation pieces to perfumes, water, or harsh chemicals.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai / Surat, India.
